How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Citiesnorth Remodeling wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to make a complaint and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Citiesnorth Remodeling
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider you were connected with

If Your Concern Is About a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If a remodeling project has a problem, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record of what was said.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of expectations may be removed. Please note that Citiesnorth Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@citiesnorth.garden and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear description of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Send It

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will share what we found and any steps being taken.

Still Not Happy?

If you are unhappy with our reply, write back and ask for a second look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a contractor, a state or local contractor licensing board may also be able to help.
