Citiesnorth Remodeling is a referral service for homeowners who are tired of hunting for a remodeler. We connect you with independent local providers for bathrooms and kitchens. That is the whole job.
Why This Service Exists
Finding a good remodeler takes time. You search, leave messages, wait, and then try to compare quotes that are not alike. We built this service to cut down that searching. The goal is a real conversation while your project is still a plan.
How Providers Are Matched
You tell us about your project. We look at the type of work, your town and what you want to change. Then we point you toward a provider in the network who handles that kind of job in your area. Availability varies, so Request a callback to check provider availability if you want to talk it through.
The network focuses on bathing-area projects, such as tub-to-shower conversions and walk-in showers or tubs. Kitchen remodels are included too. Small jobs and mobile homes are outside the scope.
What We Ask of Providers
Providers in the network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Answer homeowner calls and requests politely
- Explain their pricing in plain words
- Put quotes in writing
- Be clear about scope, materials and timing
- Follow local rules for permits and licensing
You should still check each provider yourself. Ask for license details, proof of insurance and recent project examples.
What We Do Not Do
We do not remodel, build, plumb or install anything. We do not set prices. We do not sign your contract. The agreement is between you and the provider. We also do not promise how a project will turn out or what a quote will be.
How We Are Paid
Providers in the network may pay Citiesnorth Remodeling for referrals. You are not charged by Citiesnorth Remodeling for being connected. A provider's quote is a separate matter between you and them, so always compare written quotes before you decide.

A remodel is often one of the larger purchases a household makes. Prices depend on size, materials, plumbing changes, the age of the home and how much needs to be repaired behind the walls. Luxury bath upgrades cost more than a basic refresh. Ask providers to break the quote into parts so you can see where the money goes.
